TRIUMPH 2000, 2500, 2.5PI (TC, PI, S) REAR SUSPENSION NUT & BOLT RE-BUILD KIT ; SUITABLE FOR MkI & II MODELS (SALOON & ESTATE) ; YEARS 1963-1977.

We are offering for sale a full set of new nyloc nuts, hex head bolts and associated flat/spring washers that will enable you to rebuild your Triumph 2000 & 2500 PI rear suspension.

The nuts, bolts & washers are UNF size/thread and are manufactured from High Tensile steel and have a BZP (Bright Zinc Plated) and/or Cadmium finish. There are sufficient components to replace all nuts & bolts on both sides of the front suspension and will cover the following applications :

Trailing arms bolts, nuts & washers ; Trailing arm to hub attachment nuts ; Inner bracket to sub-frame connection bolts, nuts & washers ; Outer bracket to sub-frame bolts, nuts & washers ; Sub-frame end to differential mounting bolts & nuts ; Sub-frame arm box section mounting nuts ; Sub-frame arm mounting set screws, nuts & washers ; Anti-vibration strap fixing set screws, nuts & washers.

Each kit is supplied with an Identification Sheet which will detail where each nut, bolt etc is to go.

Don't bother with the bags of assorted nuts & bolts that the Triumph parts market offers, as we have found out they contain only the very basic range of sizes, half of which you won't need or use. Our kits are specific to the task of rebuilding the suspension.
