Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are written in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Such terms relate only to business done with Retail Customers. They do not cover business to business selling.

CONTRACT

The contract will be deemed to be completed when the customer receives an email confirming the goods ordered, the prices, the delivery arrangements and the total cost including taxes. The order will be deemed to be complete when the email is sent whether it is received or not. This will be done by at least the time the order is received by the customer.

PAYMENT

Your card will be debited at the point of sale and when your checkout is complete.

Payment can be taken from the following credit / debit cards: Visa / Delta, MasterCard, Maestro / Solo and Paypal.

Should you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us by email. Once payment has cleared goods will be released goods.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At this time, we post out packages 3 times per week as standard, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, during peak times we will increase this interval to suit the volume of sales received

Postal times will largely depend upon the postal service used and the date/time your order was placed plus where you are ordering from. Generally, UK 1st class post takes 1-2 days to arrive, 2nd class post 2-3 days and both are not tracked services, Standard Parcels take between 3-5 days for any UK mainland address.

International deliveries will take longer, standard Airmail (small packets) will typically take between 5-7 days to arrive although during peak times or adverse weather conditions (e.g., Christmas, Bank Holidays etc) this can be extended. We are therefore not able to guarantee any delivery dates as this is beyond our control.

PACKAGING

All items are despatched in padded envelopes or similar to aid in the prevention of damage whilst the goods are in transit. Larger items or multiple purchases may be split into 2 or more packages for ease of posting. Many items will go through a standard size letterbox opening but for larger packages you will need to be available at the delivery address to receive these.

We sometime use recycled packaging, most notably cardboard for heavier or bulky items however all packaging materials used will be fit for purpose.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently use the Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our packages so we can only quote delivery times based upon information that they provide on their website and all information provided should be used as a guide only and is not guaranteed.

UK 1st Class Mail typically takes 1-2 working days to arrive (approx.)

UK 2nd Class Mail typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive (approx.)

Royal Mail UK Standard Parcels typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive. (approx.)

UK Mail tracked Parcels typically takes 1-2 days to arrive (UK Mainland only). (approx.)

International Small Packets (Airmail) typically takes 5-7 working days for Mainland Europe and 7-10 working days for the Rest of the World. (approx.)

Fed-Ex, UPS, DPD or similar (tracked Airmail) typically takes 3-5 working days for Mainland Europe and 5-10 working days for the Rest of the World. (approx.)

MISSING ITEMS

We request that a period of 15 days be allowed for all packages to arrive before a package is deemed to be lost in the post. From our experience, some missing packages are at the local Post Office sorting depot awaiting collection, please check there before reporting an item missing.

International Buyers should make due allowance in the delivery times for the possible delays caused by Customs Clearance or inspections carried out by their Countries respective Import authorities.

NOTE: We cannot process a claim for any missing package until this period of time has passed.

ORDER COLLECTION

The collection of your Order(s) is possible and can be done by prior arrangement on either Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays each week. We are open from 8.30am until 3.30pm for the purposes of collection. The collection address is shown below;

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All purchases are covered by the prevailing Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, the notice to return and purchased goods can be made in writing to us up to 14 days from date of original purchase. There is a further period of 14 days after the notice period in which to return the goods. After this duration of 28 days, no returns are accepted by ANG in any circumstances unless specifically agreed with us in advance.

The cost of all return postage/packaging and the original postage cost is to be paid by the Buyer unless ANG are in error, in which case the return postage will be reimbursed to the Buyer AT COST.

All returned items will incur a 15% handling/admin charge except where ANG are in error or the product has been proven to be faulty. All such charges will be deducted before any refund is made. Refunds will normally be made within 3 working days whenever possible after the goods have been received back. All refunds will be made via the original payment method i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal etc. It is recommended that the Buyer returning an item obtains a proof of delivery (at their own cost) in case of loss or damage in transit. Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refundable.

Please include the original (or a copy of) the Invoice sent with the parts for our reference. We aim to process all refunds within 3 days of receiving the goods back.

Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refunded unless specifically agreed with us before returning the part(s).

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CONDITIONS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY BRAKE HYDRAULIC PARTS UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO BE FAULTY. THESE PARTS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO : MASTER CYLINDERS, WHEEL CYLINDERS, BRAKE HOSES & LINES, BRAKE SERVOS AND THE LIKE.

DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are found to be damaged on receipt must be reported to ANG within 7 working days of receipt. Should damaged goods be reported after this time then the goods will not be accepted back for a refund or replacement. These goods must not be used and should remain in the original packaging wherever possible.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods must be reported to ANG as soon as the fault occurs, if within the Manufacturer’s warranty period. These goods must stop being used immediately.

WARRANTY

Our guarantee applies only where purchased goods have been used solely for the intended purpose and have not been used in any form of motor sport i.e., racing, rallying, or speed trials.

All parts are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty will not cover labour, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation or misuse. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original component. During the warranty period (usually 12 months) please contact us immediately should any problem occur. We will then advise you, before replacing the failed component, as to the best course of action.
