A pair of ENGINE MOUNTS & FITTING KIT that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

MG MIDGET MkI, II & III ; YEARS 1961-1974.

AUSTIN HEALEY SPRITE MkI, II, III & IV ; YEARS 1958-1970.

These items are very good quality parts, are supplied NEW and for reference have the Part No. AHA5484.

Each kit includes 2 x engine mounts and sufficient UNF zinc plated nuts and washers to attach the engine to the mounts and the mounts themselves to the car.

As with any component made of rubber, these can be prone to oil and road dirt contamination which, over time will result in the rubber perishing or splitting. This can then cause excessive engine movement and vibration when under applied load through acceleration and braking and thus negating their intended dampening effect.

If the engine mounts on your Midget or Sprite are looking past their best, have not been changed in a long time or if you have had cause to remove & refit the engine, then these items would make the ideal replacement parts.
