REINFORCED RUBBER RADIATOR WATER COOLING HOSE & CLIPS KIT that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkIV (LATE MODEL FROM CHASSIS No. FH59689E ONWARDS) ; YEARS 1973-1975 APPROX.

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE 1500 ; YEARS 1975-1980.

This kit of 7 hoses & 14 clips are supplied NEW and cover the following applications :

HEATER HOSE 1

HEATER HOSE 2

BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE

TOP RADIATOR HOSE

WATER VALVE TO HEATER HOSE

REAR MANIFOLD RETURN HOSE

HEATER TO STEEL RETURN PIPE HOSE

The hoses are manufactured from black cotton reinforced rubber and are of excellent quality. The clips are manufactured in the UK from mild steel with a zinc plated finish, they are fully kite marked for quality assurance.

Like any product made of rubber, and especially those exposed to the harsh conditions of heat, oil and dirt found in an engine bay they can be prone to deterioration which can result in cracks and splits in the rubber with the resultant water leaks and possible engine overheating that follows. If the water hoses on your Spitfire look or feel like they are past their best, then look no further, this set would make the ideal replacement parts.
