Q: When are you open for business ?

A: We are an internet Mail Order business and as such we are open for orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Obviously we will try and respond to any emails received as quickly as possible although time for a reply should be allowed if you email us from a different time zone. Telephone enquiries are welcome between Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12 Noon GMT.

Q: When will I receive my order ?

A: This will largely depend upon the postal service used and the date/time your order was placed plus where you are ordering from. Generally, UK 1st class post takes 1-3 days to arrive and is not a tracked service, Standard Parcels take between 3-5 days for any UK mainland address. International deliveries will take longer, standard Airmail (small packets) will typically take between 5-7 days to arrive although during peak times or adverse weather conditions (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays etc) this can be extended. We are therefore not able to guarantee any delivery dates as this is beyond our control. Collections in person are not allowed unless specifically agreed beforehand.

Q: How long do any Returns take to process ?

A: Any and all returns are processed as quickly as possible, typically 5-7 days as a guide subject to the item(s) being returned to us although during peak times this may take longer. We will endeavour to complete all returns within 14 days of the initial request. For further details please see our Returns Policy.

Q: Can my order be amended once it has been placed ?

A: Theoretically, yes. If you decide that you need to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to cater for your revised requirements. Please note that this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made in all circumstances.

Q: What days do you ship/post out items ?

A: At this time we post out packages 3 times a week as standard, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, during peak times we will increase this interval to suit the volume of Sales received. If you have any specific delivery requests then please email us details of your requirements before committing to making a Purchase. This may well alter the cost of the Shipping price shown on your Order.

Q: Can my order be tracked ?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the facility to track individual small orders. However, for larger/heavier UK or International Orders we may use a registered Courier for the delivery in which case the appropriate Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you.

Q. Can I place an order over the telephone ?

A. Yes, we can accept your Order by debit or credit card over the telephone. As an alternative, if you wish to pay by Mail, please send details of your order including your cheque made payable to Alan Williams to :

NOTE : We cannot accept any cheques unless drawn on a UK Bank and in Pounds Sterling (£) - Any other forms of payment received will be returned to the Sender.

Q. Do the prices shown include VAT ?

A. All prices shown on the website are NETT of VAT. If applicable to your location, VAT (at the current UK rate) will be added to your total Order value at the Checkout facility and shown separately on your Invoice.
