REAR LEAF SPRING REPAIR, BUSH KIT that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkIV & 1500 ; YEARS 1970-1980.

This kit is NEW and comprises of the following parts ;

• RUBBER TOP RETAINING PLATE INSULATOR PAD (149191) x 1 (FITS INSIDE THE TOP BOX)

• SPRING EYE BUSH (C8939) x 2 (LOCATED AT EACH END)

• LEAF SPRING INSULATOR PAD/BUTTONS (114006) x 8 (FITTED BETWEEN THE STEEL LEAF LAYERS)

• STEEL SPACER TUBE (149190) x 4 (LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE SPRING)

• UNF THREAD BOLTS, NUTS & WASHERS x 4

If you are planning on restoring the leaf/swing spring on your Spitfire then this kit will enable you to replace all of the wearing parts that typically cause the leaf spring to 'sag' or not work as it was designed to.

If you want to save yourself the expense of purchasing a complete replacement leaf spring then these parts would make the ideal choice.
