'LUCAS' 31973 IGNITION SWITCH (TYPE 47SA) that would be suitable for the following vehicles with dash mounted ignition ;

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkI, II & EARLY III ; YEARS 1962-1968 APPROX.

This item is manufactured in the UK by Lucas and is supplied NEW and boxed and is showing the Part No. 31973. For reference, the Part No. is 13H337.

The switch has 5 spade electrical connectors at the rear and is the 3 position style ignition switch (OFF, ON, ON/ENGINE START).

This switch uses the Lucas 54316731 type ignition barrel which is available separately if you wish to purchase both at the same time.

This item will only fit the models produced within the years stated, later cars had a different ignition switch arrangement.
