BATTERY CLAMP & J-BOLT KIT that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH HERALD 948, 1200, 1250 & 13/60 ; YEARS 1959-1971.

This battery clamp kit is NEW and comes supplied complete with wing nuts and plain washers and is therefore ready to fit. The metal clamp bar and the J-bolts are the correct 7" length and are yellow/zinc passivated for corrosion resistance.

NOTE : This clamp kit is designed to accommodate the older & larger style/design car battery as originally factory fitted, more modern design smaller batteries may require shorter J-bolts. As an alternative, the J-bolts as used on the Triumph Spitfire were shorter at 4" in length. We have this kit available if you feel that this kit would be more suitable.

If the battery clamp on your Triumph is rusty and unsightly or perhaps if it is missing, then this kit would make an ideal replacement.
