A pair of STEERING RACK RUBBER GAITERS & PLASTIC TIES that would be suitable for the following vehicles :
MG MIDGET MkIII ; YEARS 1972-1974.
MG MIDGET 1500 ; YEARS 1974-1979.
(NOTE: On the very late end of line model Midget 1500 the drivers side gaiter may be a different size - please confirm before ordering)
These parts are supplied NEW and for reference have the Part Nos. GSV1104 & GSV1105.
They are manufactured from moulded black rubber and are of the correct size & shape without them having to be cut/trimmed to size.
The steering rack gaiters tend to suffer from splits caused through oil contamination or by the rubber perishing through age resulting in a possible MOT failure (in the UK).
If the gaiters on your MG are past their best then these would make an ideal replacement parts.
