HYDRAULIC BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH (SPADE TYPE TERMINALS) that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

LOTUS EUROPA ; YEARS 1967-1975.

LOTUS ELAN S3, S4 & SPRINT ; YEARS 1967-1973.

The switch locates on the front 4 way brass brake junction union and creates an electrical circuit between the hydraulic action of the brake pedal and the rear brake lights. This is the switch with a flat fitting into the brake union, the alternate style switch had a tapered end fitting.

The original switch can be prone to breaking through repeated use so if your is broken or missing then this would make the ideal replacement part.

This switch is an excellent quality part and is supplied NEW and, for reference has the Part No. 21B291.
