GEARBOX MOUNT x 2 ; A55 MkII, A60 CAMBRIDGE, MORRIS OXFORD VI

Product Description

A pair of GEARBOX MOUNTS that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

AUSTIN A55 MkII ; YEARS 1959-1961.

AUSTIN A60 CAMBRIDGE ; YEARS 1961-1969.

MORRIS OXFORD SERIES V & VI ; YEARS 1959-1971.

These items are supplied NEW and for reference have the Part No. GEX7453.

There are 2 Nr fitted per car and it is recommended that they are replaced in pairs.

As with any component made of rubber, these can be prone to oil and road dirt contamination which, over time will result in the rubber perishing or splitting. This can then cause excessive gearbox movement and vibration when under applied load through acceleration and/or braking.

If the gearbox mounts on your Austin or Morris are looking past their best, have not been changed in a long time or if you have had cause to remove & refit the gearbox, then these items would make the ideal replacement parts.
