All purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, the return of purchased goods can be made upto 7 days from date of original purchase. After this period, no returns are accepted by ANG in any circumstances.

The cost of all return postage/packaging and the original postage cost is to be paid by the Buyer unless ANG are in error, in which case the return postage will be reimbursed to the Buyer AT COST.

All returned items will incur a 15% handling/admin charge except where ANG are in error. All such charges will be deducted before any refund is made. Refunds will normally be made within 3 working days whenever possible after the goods have been received back. All refunds will be made via the original payment method i.e. credit/debit card, cheque etc. It is recommended that the Buyer returning an item obtains a proof of delivery (at their own cost) in case of loss or damage in transit. Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refundable.

Please include the original (or a copy of) the Invoice sent with the parts for our reference. We aim to process all refunds within 3 days of receiving the goods back.

Any seemingly used or damaged goods will not be refunded unless specifically agreed with us before returning the part(s).
